If jewelry inspection determines that the defects are not related to manufacturing within the one-year warranty period, we can return your jewelry to you so that you may take it to be repaired at a jeweler of your choice or we can offer you an estimate for our team to make the repairs. If your jewelry defects are not covered under warranty, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to send the jewelry to us and for us to return it to you. What is not covered? Your Valina jewelry is made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. However, over time, normal wear and tear may occur. Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear. Also excluded are missing stones or repairs needed as a result of force upon the jewelry, extreme wear or a sizing or alterations made by an unauthorized party.
